  The funeral service itself was alright. That being said the experience of dealing with the funeral director was terrible. NEVER at anytime did I have her undivided attention during the process. She was constantly leaving the family to take phone calls, talking on her wrist watch toy, and rushing us to make decisions. In her haste to rush through process she made several mistakes that had to be corrected, including making a mistake on the preparation of the death certificate that will take several months to correct. She was unprofessional in all her dealings with the family. There seems to be no remorse on the part of the staff regarding the unprofessional behavior of this particular funeral director.

  This establishment was asked to lower their flags at half mast in honor of the Marines and sailors that were killed in Tennessee. this funeral home refused to do so. By doing this they show they have no respect for our veterans or our nation's military members. I would advise all veterans and family of veterans and military members to refuse to use this funeral home for any services .
